It's December 1, so offically time to start thinking about Christmas, which means you have to start your Christmas shopping!
Shop local this Christmas and go along to the Dalhousie Christmas Shopping Nights! From 6 - 9 p.m. on December 2 and December 6, the street is holding a big Christmas party and it's one you want to be part of!
Shops will be offering specials, discounts, food, drinks, raffles and other treats. Go along and find something unique for a Christmas gift... May be you will find a little gift for yourself., it is Christmas after all!
They will be excepting donantions for Ottawa’s Dress for Success, an organization that helps disadvantaged women feel confident and prepared for job interviews as well as giving them the clothing necessary to be at ease in an office environment.
So, gather up your girlfriends, wrap up warm, listen to some Christmas songs and go along to Dalhousie Street. A gift for you and a gift for charity - Santa would be proud!
